retrieving a
sent email (from a
recipient who hasn't yet opened it) in outlook
1)
Go to the sent folder (in Outlook's Folder list) by
clicking on sent items.
2) Double click the sent email you wish to retrieve to
open it up.
3) Click actions.
4) Click recall this message
